You are also welcome to arrange your own catering for the event – if needed we can suggest our partners.
Yes, the loft can be booked for a minimum of 3 hours.
Each additional started hour is charged at 350€/ hour.
The loft can be used daily from morning until a maximum of 11:00 PM, depending on prior agreement. Please let us know if you need overtime.
No clubbing but louder music is possible depending on the event. Parties that go beyond 11:00 PM or generate excessive noise and loud music have to be separately permitted by us.
The loft is generally only available for events. However, feel free to inquire about residential use via email: [email protected].
Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least four weeks before the event date.
- Overtime hours will be invoiced after the event and must be paid via bank transfer.
- If the final guest count differs by more than 10% from the initial booking, the difference will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy:
- If canceled at any time after booking, 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.
- If canceled less than four weeks before the event date, 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.
Is setup and cleanup included in the rental?
No, setup and cleanup are charged separately at €350 per hour.
What furniture and equipment are included?
Furniture as seen during the tour is included in the rental. Any additional furniture or equipment must be booked separately.
