Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
This website is operated by Studio 29 Immobilien GmbH, located at Zollergasse 13/1, 1070 Vienna, Austria. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1. To book Loft Z13, customers must submit a request via the provided booking form or email.
2.2. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least four weeks before the event date.
2.3. Overtime hours will be invoiced separately and must be paid via bank transfer.
2.4. Deviations of more than 10% from the agreed guest count will be charged accordingly.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. If the booking is canceled at any time after confirmation, 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.
3.2. If canceled less than four weeks before the event date, 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.
4. Usage Restrictions
4.1. The venue is available for events only and is not permitted for residential purposes unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
4.2. Events may take place from morning until 11:00 PM at the latest. Parties with DJs and loud music are strictly prohibited due to noise regulations or has to be permitted.
4.3. Customers must comply with all safety and fire regulations and are responsible for any damage caused during their rental period.
5. Setup and Cleanup
5.1. Setup and cleanup services are not included in the rental fee. If required, they are charged at €350 per hour.
5.2. Customers must return the venue in its original condition, or additional cleaning fees may apply.
6. Liability and Damages
6.1. Studio 29 Immobilien GmbH is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred by guests during the event.
6.2. The renter is responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and obtaining necessary permits if applicable.
7. Use of Furniture and Equipment
7.1. Furniture as seen during the tour is included in the rental. Any additional furniture or equipment must be booked separately.
7.2. Any damage to furniture or equipment will be charged to the renter.
8. Data Protection
8.1. By booking Loft Z13, customers consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for booking and legal compliance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of Vienna.
